The crew at JBG Painting just painted the entire interior of my townhome in Riverlights. Jeremy Gunn is the owner (he and his wife own the company), and he was fantastic. He came out on a Saturday to give me a color consultation for each room before they began the project. He, his supervising manager Lisa, and their crew did a fantastic job. They finished most of it in one week and then came out on a Sunday to take care of some final finishing touches. They were respectful of my space, too, so I didn’t have to maneuver around their equipment, tools, etc. I just can’t recommend them highly enough.

Jerome was prompt with all replies, factual and informative. Everything that he promised from start to finish of the project were completed by his staff who were professional, on time, no left over coffee cups, cigarettes, snack wrappers, cell phone or intrusive radios. My husband and I built our house two years ago. We quickly discovered the flat paint used during construction was never meant to be “finish paint”; it was basically a primer which means every fingerprint, scratch, mark of any kind on the paint couldn’t be cleaned and couldn’t be “touched up” as it only left bigger & darker marks, and uneven paint streaks. Feeling quite frustrated, we turned to the Wilmington Community Facebook page for reputable painting company recommendations to paint our home. After careful review of the recommendations, given, JBG Painting seemed to be the number one choice among most. There is a reason for this! Don’t waste your time looking around, just call them. Trust me, we are picky people who want attention to detail and want things done right the first time; you get what you pay for, call JBG! We had our entire 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house painted; ceilings, walls, trim, windows, interior doors, exterior doors, had our wooden privacy fence stained and sealed, and our pergola stained and sealed. This team is knowledgeable, respectful, communicates well, punctual (8:30-3:30 daily; even worked on the 4th of July to stay on schedule with their project completion date). A special shout out to Lisa and Josh who ensured things were done systematically and flawlessly. Thank you JBG and to all who had a hand in our whole house, fence, and pergola transformation project! After 8 years of NC sunshine, our dark green shutters and front door were so faded that they looked light green. One phone call to JBG Services, Painting Division changed all that.
